These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern any engagement between you and Encore Strategic Partners. Consulting, implementation and managed services are provided under a separate written agreement, and where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement prevails.

The content here describes our services in general terms. It is not advice, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance. Descriptions of timelines, deliverables and approach are indicative and are confirmed in a proposal specific to your circumstances.
Nothing on this site should be relied on as legal, regulatory, financial or compliance advice. References to South African legislation are included to explain how obligations tend to shape a system design, and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified practitioner.
Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this site belong to Encore Strategic Partners or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, republish or exploit them commercially without written permission. All third-party names, logos and marks appearing on this site — including those of our clients and partners — remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability
We aim to keep this site available but do not warrant uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to the Consumer Protection Act where it applies to you, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. CONFIRM: liability wording, governing law and jurisdiction must be confirmed by the client's legal adviser.
